Meetings

We have lots of meetings, because we are a friendly lot and we have lots to talk about, discuss and decide. Our meetings are open to anyone, especially if you want to join in.

We have monthly evening meetings to discuss, update, plan and make decisions. These are usually on the fourth Wednesday in each month at 7:30pm until about 10pm at The Chantry in Castle Street, Thornbury. See the Diary dates page for details of dates and rooms. Please contact us for details or to be put on the mailing list for agendas and minutes.

Working groups, subgroups and projects also have meetings as and when they are needed to plan and discuss what they are doing.

We also have visioning and discussion workshops about once a quarter at The Chantry on Saturday afternoons. We each bring a plate of food to share, and meet at 1pm to eat lunch. We then discuss key issues until about 5pm. See the Diary dates page for details of forthcoming workshops. See also the reports of past workshops.
